Best Bitter
I was shooting for an ESB and came up short on the original gravity. This was still a pretty good beer though.
Grain bill (steeped for 30 min at 155 F)
4 oz Carapils
4 oz Belgian aromatic (20°L)
1 oz Peat smoked malt (phenol 17.4%)
Extract/fermentables
6 lb Maris Otter LME
1 lb Dark DME
Hop schedule
Bittering | 2.5 oz Fuggles (4%AA) |
Flavoring | 2 oz Cascade (5.7%AA) |

1 tsp Gypsum
Yeast
White Labs WL007 Dry English Ale
